It was a quiet Saturday night with only one inexperienced young waitress serving us, as there was no support from senior staff. Our food took a long time to arrive, and we were told our starters would be served with our main course, so we cancelled them. The latte I ordered was served lukewarm twice, and I gave up trying to get a hot coffee. It took three attempts to get a correct bill. Overall, our experience was not satisfactory and we feel that this establishment has deteriorated significantly.
