Local Pizza Artisan Pizzeria Italiana

If you want hand-crafted authentic pizza made with care and of course wonderful fresh ingredients then Local Pizza is a great choice. The staff are friendly and capable. The House wines are excellent but I did note some pretty special ones on the wine list as well.

There needs to be a serious review of the service in this restaurant. The food took much too long to be served and the time before all guests had their dishes was far too long. While some of us were served quickly, others waited for ages. Waiting politely till all guests had their dishes resulted in the food served first getting cold. Bad time management. But we all enjoyed the food which is indeed very original.

Friday evening, 8pm booking and not a single other person in the restaurant. The bread and roast pepper dish were good, but the meatballs and risotto dish were bland. I had been recommended this restaurant by local friends, so was surprised that it was disappointing. It was also quite expensive for what you get. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Lovely unique restaurant with delicious food and very cosy atmosphere and welcoming and helpful staff. Menu was different to the norm and beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend.

This restaurant deserves at least 1 Michelin Star !
