What User doesn't like about Mama Persia:
Located in a beautiful place vis a vis from the lake. Decoration is cool and the aura is good too. A bit pricey.. The handmade drinks are very good, hummus is excellent and so is babaganush. Some of the Mezzes could be much much more better, so is baklava which I wouldn’t reccomend. View all feedback.
Avoid at all cost, this restaurant has nothing to do with authentic Persian food. Very little on the totally tasteless plates, also extremely overpriced, even for Zurich. Waiter asked if it was good but couldn’t care less when we expressed our dissatisfaction. Very dirty toilets.
Did call to make a reservation for 6 persons for lunch (12:00) on a Saturday. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. No note on the door. Nothing. Tried to knock at the door, at the windows, tried to call… NOTHING. It was a very embarrassing situation as we invited friends… I don’t recommend this restaurant AT ALL as they are not reliable.
Very good place! Food is very tasty and authentic) cozy interior, very attentive service. We enjoyed a lot and for sure we will be back again!
