The ambiance was upscale but not pretentious, a little on the noisy side once the restaurant filled up but not uncomfortable. The service was great. The menu is broad enough to offer options forall palates and the wine list was strong as well. All of the menu options we chose were excellent as was the food presentation. If I was visiting Sea Island again Colt Alison would definitely be on our go to restaurant list.
