Very bad service, the bread and meat were nowhere to be found. We arrived last night and it seems like they already wanted to close but the clientele is not to blame.The bathroom was beyond dirty
Last few times I have went to order around 730 am there is Noone at the store. Needs new management not away to run a business
If you are this close to Winstar I would gamble there rather then at this sonic.One day I was thinking it was going to be a good spot for lunch. Next 3 trips not so much.Today ordered a my food. Ordered extra ketchup and said marinara sauce and ranch. On the screen said “ after saw strawberry jelly on the screen. Hope came to my truck. She repeated the order. And I told her I never said jelly. Asked if there was extra ketchup. “Yep in the bag!”Get back to eat and. Only have one ranch in the bag. Rings where over sized hot dog may have been a few days old.Just sad. They need to get there act together!
The service at this location was really good. The food was fresh and hot. Service was quick. The employees were friendly.
I see the negative reviews, but in my experience, this is one of the better locations in the whole chain. Never gotten my order wrong, and the carhops are always quick and friendly. Now if sonic, as a whole, could just go back to the old pickles, that'd make it even better.
