During a long road trip from Washington, we stopped at this charming little restaurant, and the aroma of delicious food hit us as soon as we opened the car door. The food does take a bit longer to arrive since it's made fresh, but we understood, especially since we had a large family and placed a substantial order. The friendly young man who served us offered a great tip: if you place your order about 8 minutes (or longer, depending on your order size) before you arrive, your wait will be shorter. They also have some lovely Mexican artisan items and candies for sale.

The staff... read more The home-cooked flavors at this restaurant are outstanding and really brought back fond memories for me. The chip salsa is the best I've ever tasted. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean. I highly recommend this place!
