The chicken was dry but fresh, and my order was not filled correctly.
The chicken and service were absolutely outstanding! Everyone in Texarkana and the nearby areas must visit this location. That cook was truly blessed!
I ordered an 8-piece original recipe meal at the drive-thru, but the woman taking my order was quite rude, only responding with "mm-hmm." When I reached the window, I was informed that it would take 17 minutes for my meal. We chose to wait and were asked to pull into the parking lot. However, we ended up waiting over 20 minutes with no one bringing out our food. Eventually, we decided to go inside to follow up on our order. After a while, they finally acknowledged us and handed us the 8-piece meal. Once we got home and tried the chicken, I was disappointed—it was overcooked to the point of being nearly burnt, dry, and tough. It was honestly the worst chicken I’ve ever had.
Took awhile to get my food but they were pretty busy and the food was
Shineta (I might not have spelled her name right, but she is fantastic!) has the most wonderful energy and truly inspired me to order even more food. She is such a lovely person!
