Absolutely amazing customer service, I accidently ordered a pizza for collection from the wrong town and the awesome lady called them up and sorted it all out. They offered me a refund or a pizza made in the shop I was in (no extra charge). 10/10 thank you for your help! The pizza was delicious too! View all feedback. The food took 40 minutes from when it apparently left the store to be marked as delivered . Unfortunately it wasn 't delivered. It was delivered 5 to 10 minutes later and was cold. Contacted customer services the next day they asked me to send a photo of the pizza ! Please don 't post the auto response telling me to contact you because I 've already done that.
