When I... read more I placed a rapid pickup order at 5:40 PM, expecting to pick it up by 6 PM. However, I received an email at 6 PM notifying me that they were running late. When I arrived at the store at 6:15, there were about six people waiting for their rapid pickup orders, and I noticed that the designated slots were empty. My order was finally ready at 6:45, but unfortunately, the $5 salad I had ordered was missing. When I inquired with the staff, they confirmed that it had been prepared but didn’t offer any help beyond that. The employees appeared indifferent and disengaged from their work. It's evident that the kitchen staff needs better training and management. As a regular customer, I plan to reach out to corporate about this situation and expect a $5 credit to my Panera account. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location, and it seemed that other waiting customers were also dissatisfied.

A significant advantage is that the location provides a drive-thru option, which is perfect for those who prefer convenience or have trouble finding parking.

The staff is fantastic—and not just because they're easy on the eyes (kudos to management). The food is fresh and prepared quickly, which is definitely possible here. Despite a diverse crowd, the dining area and bathrooms are kept clean and well-maintained. You can usually find a table if you want to dine in; I even grabbed one once while picking up takeout, just because. If apps and kiosks aren’t your thing, don’t worry—service at the register moves smoothly, even with just one team member. I’ve even walked right up to the order sign and was helped immediately. Panera truly delivers—thank you for consistently doing it so well!

This is the second time they've left something out of my delivery order, and instead of refunding, they only offer store credit. The salad I received had mostly yellow lettuce leaves—didn't anyone notice the bad lettuce when preparing it? The location in Fair Lawn never has these issues.
