BJ's Brewhouse - Teterboro

Been here a bunch of times! The wings and ribs are always top notch! Saturday ordered delivery in which this retailer uses a third party delivery like many do! Ordered at 530pm was supposed to be delivered around 6. 6:30 rolled around and reached out to the doordash driver who was listed on my link, she had no clue what I was talking about. Understanding , this is a delivery issues and not a retail issue I reached out to BJ's and I was placed on the phone with Ashura , the manager on duty. She was so sweet and understanding, I really was frustrated, but she was calm and wanted to assure that I got whatever I needed. Her calmness , calmed me and she was willing to make this situation although not their fault right. She wanted to make sure that I felt better about the situation as far as the things she was able to control. It was a busy Saturday night, I really appreciated her in that moment. This is NJ we take good customer service for granted as if attitude is out second language, but I really wanted to Thank Ashura for being so attentive and kind. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!!

I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and had an excellent experience. The price per person was between $50 and $100. The food was exceptional, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service was also top-notch, earning another 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, with a rating of 5 as well. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable dining experience.

I had a fantastic experience at AALI'AH! The food was delicious and the service was impeccable at BJs Brewery. I would highly recommend trying the Chicken Wings, Hickory Brisket Bacon Burger with Fries, California Chicken Club Sandwich, Mozzarella Sticks, and Wings. The atmosphere was also top-notch. It was a great spot for a dinner meal, with prices ranging from $30 to $50 per person. Overall, a highly recommended dining destination.

Aali'ah was fantastic. She always anticipated our needs and provided excellent recommendations. We dined in for dinner and the service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. We highly recommend trying the wings.
