Mcdonald's Restaurants - Test Valley

In need of hot food and warm restaurant I came here and ate chicken mayo with extra onion, and had large tea, and icing on cake sweet curry dip to go with chicken. Now I am not hungry just peckish but later I return for coffee and another burger from value menu.

I have visited this restaurant three nights in a row, each time between 11pm and midnight, only to find that the Drive Thru, which is supposed to be open 24/7, is closed for "Till updates." It seems like a poor excuse for the staff not wanting to work. When I asked if the tills inside were also updating, there was no response, indicating that they were not. This is unacceptable for a well-known chain restaurant. The staff seems lazy and unwilling to do their job.

Never get the order wrong, long lines always go quickly, I swear the food tastes nicer here than other branches and just all round love 10/10

I was feeling hungry and thought I like to have a nice meal but there were sold out items on the menu and i had to make do with my second choice. I was nice and hot.

I often go to the Ower McDonald’s and errors are not unusual. But today I purchased my wife one of the new double Big Mac, along with other things. And guess what the double Big Mac was an unfinished normal Big Mac, I live 6 miles away so I was unable to return otherwise the other food would get old. I don’t think it’s difficult to get a few simple items correct but this must be beyond them!
