Had a really bad experience a couple of years ago but since trying again it seems that they have stepped up there game and have improved dramatically. Lovely little place love the fish and chips and the Chinese. Staff seemed friendly. Would highly recommend View all feedback.

I just moved to the corner of luck 8 so I thought I would try to take away a..ordered sweet n sours and the house special rice..well, when I came home, I opened the tablet to find the sweet n sour, but I got someone king prawn chow mine.no reis! will not go back to my local chinese! eating was average and nothing special. Thought we'd give this place a try for fish chips. Very disappointed, staff indifferent to the point of rude, slow service mediocre food. Avoid.

Didn’t enjoy my trip to lucky8 tonight. Got told we had to wait 10-15 which I don’t mind but having to wait longer. Ended up waiting 40 minutes. The young lad cooking needs to pull his finger out. Had to reminded by his colleague to cook our food and started to laugh cause he forgot. I watched him prepare different food and not wash his hands once. Just used blue roll to wipe his hands while he took orders on the phone. None of the front two serving got any customer service skills
This is the best takeout I have ever experienced. The omelette was incredible and the best I have ever tasted, all freshly made. You can see the entire kitchen, which is kept immaculately clean. The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely friendly, they go out of their way to help.
As I turned the corner at the main inn, I noticed this when I returned from my run, I took a look at the menu and saw a Lucky 8 box selection that you put together yourself at the special price of 4.80! I got fries, 2 spring rolls, 2 chicken balls, 1 rib (should have been 2 according to the menu), and curry sauce. Great taste and thanks cheap guys!
