The staff were very... read more We always enjoy Coffee #1 and this one was exactly what we have come to expect. We tried a couple of the seasonal coffees and had tea cakes. The staff were very patient when we had issues getting into the app to be able to use the loyalty scheme and didn't pressure us even though a bit of a queue was building up, we gave up. The tea cakes didn't seem as fresh as they often are.

It seems the coffee machine was broken, someone was repairing it, hoped to open soon. Queue built up outside, people said this has happened before. Finally let in at 0950, machine repaired. Not really good enough, bit embarrassing really. Sort of amateur approach to business.

I... read more We chose to have our breakfast here as the actual cafe looked nice, clean and comfortable. We were not disappointed. Good coffee and a nice selection of food. It was not busy so we got what we ordered straight away and the member of staff was friendly. In covid times this was a comfortable roomy cafe with clean toilets. Just what you need and I went back later in the day for a take away coffee.
