T... read more We have now discovered a new favorite spot in Andover for daytime visits. They offer a great selection of coffees, including Americanos which is a nice touch. The menu is typical of a coffee shop, but everything we tried was delicious. We have been back a few times and always enjoy the experience. They also have a variety of newspapers available to read, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Well done!

Despite visiting multiple times, the welcome from the staff has consistently been lacking.

I cleared the previous occupan... read more Visited for coffee ... usually good service but was very busy. Tables were not cleared .. so being the helpful person that I am.. I cleared the previous occupants cups onto a tray and was taking over to the serving area when a very stressed young waitress grabbed the tray from me and said in a non friendly tone I 'll take that ... and with a huff off she went. One of our party had ordered food which was brought to the table by the same girl who didn 't even check who it was for... just hurriedly slammed the plate on the table and flounced off. She clearly was far too busy to give any kind of customer service. Suggest hiring more staff to help her out
