Yesterday, you suspect to be open. I didn't see anyone through the door. I'm going to my car and landed on the phone. In my back view, I see that a young man and a woman come to the door in their work outfit to unlock it to talk to an older man outside who seems to be the owner of the stripe as he had keys to opening the door to bubble tea shop further down. They waited for us to go and did not visit us all the time. The store was not close. Once we left, they decided to get out of the closet, turn off the lights and close the store.

The best service, and the store had lots of space and very clean, but i just think the customer should be allowed to have all of there favor Smoothie, but overall it was very nice,i will be back to that store,thank you for excellence service.

I just left this location for the first time without being serviced. I walked in and there was no one in the front to service me. I yelled out, ?Hello, is there any one here?? I yelled about three times before I decided to go. I noticed that there was running water in the front sink too. I?m not sure what was happening today, but I?m dissatisfied. Why have the doors open; if there?s no one to provide customer service? It shouldn?t matter if it?s a Sunday or not.

Mango-strawberry Recharge smoothie recommended by Kailey is delicious keeping me awake while doing boring paperwork all day! Store is clean, team is friendly and knows the product line. Refreshing to get great customer service, from people who truly care about why we chose Smoothie King.
