Waffle House - Terry Pkwy, Terrytown

One, if not the best Waffle House locations and Cooks I've encountered.

I actually like the basic fare of Waffle House. But, never again The place is a red hot mess. A bunch of young people, fooling around. I went in, sat down at the counter and waited. After about 10 minutes without being acknowledged , I just walked out. I don't think anyone employed there even noticed.Someplace I used to enjoy is now seriously broken No management, no supervision. The inmates are running the asylum.Bye Waffle House. Never, ever again. Not what it used to be.

No one expects greatness from waffle house. It's waffle house, it comes with the territory. But I draw the line at roaches. I saw one craw up the wall. The bare minimum I expect from a place that I buy food from is no roaches. I left immediately.

For my husband and I to come to Waffle House and have breakfast..First she gave us dirty utensils. I asked for plastic she replied they don’t have any. When my food comes out grits are cold. I then ask can she just put it in Microwave she said they didn’t have one. So then she went in back and got small pot to heat the grits up. This not acceptable horrible customer service at this location plz don’t come her for any breakfast.. And the manager never came over to say anything to us… Everything about this visit rub me the wrong way… Plz give everyone some customer service classes on how to serve customers when they come to patronize business. I sent my breakfast back I had change of heart didn’t want eat there. So I paid for my husband food and the waitress never came back with change. I then went up to register and asked her to give me my change. She then replied you supposed to leave tip when u come to waffle. I then replied if I received good customer service, but that didn’t happen this morning and I left

The service from the 2 ladies was garbage If there was an option for 0 stars I would put that was November 1 2023 at 9:30
