I waited 50 minutes for a gluten-free meal, and when my order arrived incorrectly, the staff treated me with arrogance and rudeness. Save your money and go somewhere else in the city for decent fish and chips. View all feedback.
The retreat here is the next level. freshest fish and garnel. make you please yourself and get them 10 broken garnel: they are amazing!
I would share an experience on the food but after a 20min wait on food to be told it was still going to be another 5-10 mins just to take our order I wasn’t waiting. The one lady working was full of excuses. Hire some staff guys!!
The quality has gone down over the years. It used to be a great spot to get fish and chips in an ideal location but the staff are rude and it all seems a bit too oily now.
The location is the only thing keeping this business open.
Does gluten free suitable for coeliac separate fryer for chips, s+p squid, grilled fish.Great for takeaway for allergy family like ours
