Description

At this bustling café, experiences can vary greatly. While many diners enjoy generous portions and flavorful dishes, such as the acclaimed fish and chips and mouthwatering burgers, service issues persist. Reports highlight unprofessional behavior from management, leading to frustrated customers and numerous walk-offs. However, the café does cater to dietary needs with gluten-free options, making it a family-friendly choice. Visitors also rave about the stunning views and delightful atmosphere, but inconsistency in service and management's attitude needs addressing. Overall, the potential for a rewarding dining experience exists, but improvements in service are essential for long-term success.

Owned by the extraordinary ppl at yellowtail. This is casual, easy and incredibly delicious. I had the pulled pork burger which was smoky and so unbelievably tasty. My husband had the wagyu beef burger which he said was outstanding. All kinds of yum. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Should actually open. Drove from Sydney and by 2.00pm was fed up and left. Stated hours may differ due to Boxing Day but really, lots of customers but shop not open.

Wowee. How is this place still open. The blonde owner lady in overalls could be heard bullying around her one and only (very polite) staff member rostered on with her. Waited 70 minutes for chips not even properly cooked and the overpriced serving sizes not even properly filled. I watched the owner lady literally cooking one single order at a time. The shop with a better process could be completing orders at triple the speed if it was run was some intellect and energy. Possibly one of the worst fish chip stores in the universe. Realistically this place deserves zero stars. Service: Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
