Shed At Akuna Bay - Terrey Hills (NSW)

My husband's surprise birthday party for 30 people was celebrated at The Shed. From my initial meeting with Venue Manager, JK Chapeyrou, my experience with The Shed has been fantastic. JK sat down with me to plan the menu, wine, canapés, and order of events. Everything was seamless and well-organized. On the day of the party, all the guests raved about the delicious food, great wine selection, attentive service, and beautiful waterfront location. Parking was also convenient and ample. JK, Shannon, and the team did an outstanding job in creating a memorable experience. Thank you.

Located in the heart of the National Park, this restaurant is a hidden gem! The high tea offered here is absolutely delightful and served beautifully. The selection includes petit fours, salmon sliders, and incredibly soft, fluffy, and moist scones. The portions are just right, ensuring you won't leave hungry. The service is prompt and polite, and the views are serene. Be sure to take a stroll and admire all the boats docked nearby. I will definitely be returning for a lunch session!

We made a reservation for high tea and received excellent service! The location is beautiful, and the food was delicious, especially the generous and tasty vegetarian options. Thank you for making us feel comfortable during our visit. We will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.

Tried the grilled prawn salad and the salt and pepper calamari salad. Both very good. Service staff were very friendly and helpful. Pay at the counter so no end of meal bill payment complications. Food and beverage delivered to your table. Good for groups with heaps of tables inside and out. Location is stunning too. Located in the Kuringai Chase National Park. Sublime drive and huge parking area. And it’s on a marina so boaties can feel right at home. Open for breakfast and lunch 7 days. Great day out!

We visited recently with my family on Mother’s Day and coming back after so many years, it was such a lovely surprise. I would imagine if was one of their busiest weekends and have to say it’s well worth the drive! Very friendly and helpful staff Ozzie his team looked after us the entire time and we’ll definitely be back . We loved fresh food, coffee and delicious donut with Nutella and to top it up, we hired a kayak and explored the bay.
