They close their kitchen 30 minutes early and don’t offer their full menu. It's better to find a restaurant that accommodates late workers. As a medical professional, this is particularly frustrating. You would expect that they would make an effort to serve everyone, regardless of the time.

Today, I was asked to pull... read more I've ordered from this restaurant six times through their app, and each time, what I received was either incorrect or missing items. Today, I was asked to pull up and wait because my order wasn't ready when I arrived only 10 minutes after placing it. I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes for my chow mein. It would have been nice if they had offered a complimentary egg roll or something to show appreciation for my patience. Instead, there was no compensation whatsoever, and to top it off, there were no fortune cookies this time! From now on, I think I'll stick to frozen Chinese meals from Walmart; I’d be much happier with that choice. Panda Express just isn’t worth it!
