Ihop - Terrell

We went on a Sunday at 12. It was pretty busy and it seemed like there were enough people working. Five minute wait to be seated--no big deal. After we were seated it was probably 10 minutes later a waitress came over and asked to move us because no one was working our section. She was really nice about it but at that point we just left because we didn't want to wait around again. Employees were all friendly just looks like management needs to hire or schedule better for busy times. It was a bummer because I've been before and they have pretty good food.

Food was excellent and staff was quick and curious. Will be stopping here frequently.

Service was slower than Christmas! We arrived after 11 pm. I was not expecting lightning fast service but we felt like we entered a time warp. At 1st our waitress said they were said they were behind because they had a large table. 30 minutes after they left we still had not received our food. After 1 1/2 hours of not getting our full order we paid for what we ate left hungry. Very disappointed. We will make waffle house our late night stop for now on.

This is the worst place to eat , they wasted my time I was waiting for more than an hour before they brought the food and the food was bad , after complaining to the front desk receptionist she apologized and I called their number and the manager was very rude

Food and service were very good we will go back again
