We're used to this place. The service is excellent. staff are smiling and welcoming. they offer exceptional service. coffee is good, roast potatoes are delicious. The crane for me is really good. the portions are generous. Whether it's a traditional lunch or other type of dish they're all very good. I highly recommend it. View all feedback.

I was very disappointed by this restaurant. I often go to ben and florentine but it was the second and last time in this place. The dining room is very cold. The ventilation works like we're in the middle of a particle and it was in March. We've changed places, but the waitress told us it was cold all over the restaurant. The meals were good but no more. We go to this Ben Florentine often and we'll this morning Nov 6 was the last time we come here. Service was really bad. We waited 1 hour before we ate. Our plates were on the kitchen counter for a long time. We heard the chef say to the waitresses that they need to take the plates away ASAP as they don't have space for the others. So the bad service was not from the kitchen, but from the waitress.
Ish. The staff is amazing but the food was very eh in quality.
Manger is incredibly rude, super agressif, complains that she doesn’t bother being nice cause shes payed minimum. insulted us in front of the whole restraunt, never respected the 2m distance; yelling. Over all a horrible person
