Asked what time they close 8pm. Ok ma 'am I 'll be back later to make an order. 7:30PM- we can 't make orders everything is picked up. If someone asks what time you close. Consistently good pretzels every single time. Especially the pepperoni nuggets with cheese sauce. Delicious.

We were here at opening time at 11:00 am an found nothing was even prep. We had to wait until 11:30 before we received our order.Seems like employees don’t like their jobs an aren’t very ambitious.
Girls that work there were so dry and rude like they hated their job and life. Foods good but the service is horrible.
