Taco Bell - Terre Haute

Absolutely absurd wait for fast food. I've been in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and still haven't placed my order. I went inside, and there's no sign of customer service. My family used to enjoy Taco Bell, but wow, this is taking forever.

I go to this taco bell almost weekly and they manage to screw up my simple 5$ order EVERY SINGLE TIME... I order no sour cream and one burrito is clear but second one has sour cream. Its almost impossible to do that. Blatant disregard for customersatisfaction. Its a snails pace to get food and then its wrong. Almost laughable about how bad this is at making simplefood

Great service, quickness, and a clean friendly atmosphere! Food was hot and delicious!

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, thanks to the excellent service from Steven and Jessica. They were incredibly patient while my girlfriend and I decided what to order, and they provided helpful information about the new chalupa. Additionally, my half-and-half cherry mango slushie was perfectly made. Overall, it was a wonderful late-night dining experience!

I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and was assisted within a minute. The cashier was polite and courteous at the register. There was a mix-up, and our food took longer than anticipated, but they proactively offered us extra food to make up for it. A big shoutout to Shauna and Dearria for delivering excellent service and preparing our fast food just right!
