The first we tried was the Sweet Meats, featuring an impressive mix of cheeses on large sourdough pan bread, complemented by apricot jelly, pickled Vidalia onions, smoked gouda, and smoked cherry wood ham. This intriguing combination made for a delightful and memorable experience. Next was the Pizza Boy, which tantalizingly layered pepperoni between mounds of mozzarella, provolone, and Asiago, all enveloped in garlic sourdough bread. Served with a side of pizza sauce, it tasted just like pizza—only better! The third option, the Nasty Nancy, took the humble grilled cheese to the next level. With five melted cheeses and shredded BBQ pork stuffed inside, it satisfied every craving you could imagine. Just a heads up: you might need napkins! A new contender, the Golden Boy, also caught our attention. Featuring a fried chicken breast on a base of fresh avocado, bacon, Colby Jack cheese, and Beezer's Hoosier Gold Honey Mustard BBQ sauce on a soft golden bun, it was simply delicious. This combination transports you to a culinary paradise reminiscent of Indiana's golden fields. We’re excited about returning for more and eager to see this business thrive while contributing to the support of the local community. Today... this local boy indulged!
