Azzip Pizza - Terre Haute

I had a fantastic first experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, and I especially loved the cinnamon sticks. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I also don’t understand why they expect tips when there’s no real service provided. They ask for tips when you pay inside and again when you preorder. Tips are meant to express gratitude for good service, but I didn’t receive any. It’s unfortunate because the food is quite good.

I placed a pickup order, and when I arrived, I checked the message I received. After more than five minutes with no one coming out, I noticed the restaurant was a bit busy, so I decided to go inside to get my food. I explained my situation to the person at the counter, but unfortunately, no one came to assist me. I was informed that my order was meant for pickup. I understand that they were busy, but it seemed like my order was misplaced, which caused some frustration, especially since I have to get back to work.

Absolutely the best tasting and freshest pizza of all time. super personal, so friendly. I order online so that I can go, if my order is ready, have lunch, then work again at the time. best pizza ever, wonderful salad, super broths?.

My partner has celiac disease which makes him severely sensitive to gluten and cross-contamination. Azzip is one of like, 3 restaurants in the area we can go to and feel safe due to the precautions and knowledge they have about gluten.They always wipe down the entire counter and bottles they will be touching, change their gloves, and do the same at the cutting station. We do always ask to use ingredients from new bins rather than the bins on the line, which sometimes gets us weird looks, but they always take that precaution as well. I think that should be something they implement for all allergy pizzas as part of their protocol.We have only ever been made to feel like a burden on the workers one time, but I think that employee has left since then.The management there is great and understanding, and the employees are super fast and helpful.
