Since it was a perfect evening after a warm day, we could sit outside. Skyline is characterized by what... must be regarded as a fusion cuisine, with impressions and ingredients from the world, combined in a new way. We tried to share the mixed start/antipasti between three. Good and creative combinations with excellent house made dips and sauces. This was good together with a craft beer from a local brewery the right amount of hops to make a wonderfully bitter but flowery IPA. I went for the fish plate (now menu), while my companions went for a steak. To find a wine that housed all the dishes, I went for a local Late Pinot, as it was a warm day and they didn't place it in a wine cabinet, it was much too warm when a wine cooler treated this, but wines should be kept in a wine cabinet and the cold side as a log as expected to be served outside in warm weather. The fish plate was excellent, with many layers of flavor combinations, which fortunately does not overwhelm the fine taste of the fish. The service was somewhat pressed when it was the weather or the number of guests actually filled the place quite to the edge during the evening I did not know. But plates, cutlery, water glasses, dip glasses, bread baskets and wine glasses were removed ungrained, even without asking if we were finished. The wine temperature and the excessively eager service could not make our evening less good, so recommendations from my side.

The interior of the restaurant is in very good taste (help to forget the...not very attractive location). Can definitely recommend the Skyline as a venue for a special dinner but make a reservation good!

No notices on the door or anything mentioned online. So this one star...is only given because of that...wish I could be reviewing the food instead...

As it was a perfect evening after a warm day, we could sit outside. I went for the fish plate (todays menu), whereas my companions went for a steak. In order to find a wine accommodating all dished I went for a local Spätburgunder as it was a warm day and they did not have placed it in a wine cabinet, it was far too warm when served a wine cooler remedied this, but wines should under all circumstances be kept in a wine cabinet and the to the cold side as log as it is anticipated to be served outside in warm weather. The fish plate was excellent, with many layers of taste combinations, which fortunately did not overwhelm the fine taste of the fish. Service was a bit pressed, if it was the weather or the number of guests the place actually fillet quite to the brim during the evening I do not know. But plates, cutlery, water glasses, dip jars, bread baskets, and wine glasses were ungraciously removed even without asking if we were finished. The wine temperature and the overly eager service could not make our evening less good so recommendations from my side.
