It was always hot water in... read more By my experience the staff were very frendly and helpful and kind, must of them. My room was a little perfect. My bed was big enough. It was always hot water in the shower and the room it's self was just the right size. And the towels were the right size. The food was nice enough,altogether a great experience. I I'm aware other people didn't think much of the hotel. But they done well by me

Rooms are clean, hearty breakfast.. We did have some miscommunication problems at first but Jasmine took care of everything. I recommend this hotel in Montecatini

Pleasant foy... read more Pleasant hotel in a quiet location. The cleanliness is excellent, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean with shampoo and hand and body gel. Pleasant foyer with reception and bar. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the city center. The hotel deserves its three stars. The breakfast is varied and excellent. Eggs, bacon, sausages, salami, mortadella, cereals, fruit, cakes,…..
