This restaurant was the best in town with dishes and stuff. The chef was very nice with all explanations of the dishes. The waitress was very polite and helpful all the time.
A high point of our recent travel to italia was a stop in teramo in the region abruzzo and restaurants in spoon. abruzzo is known for the fresh outside world, for agriculture and wine making. spoon was the perfect synthesis of these properties that were translated into an extraordinary culinary experience. chef mario cozzi welcomed us personally at the door and presented his four-course menu, elegantly served in a small and delightful environment. he helped us to select the perfect trebbiano d’Abruzzo from the iconic winzer emidio pepe to complement the creative and delicious meal. the burrata on a luscious marinara buried in crispy pasta and dripping pesto counts among the most memorable all the time. teramo lies in the view of the gran sasso and the adria and the tastes of spoon capture the culinary essence of this remarkable region italiens. mario cozzi deserves quite a Michelin star that was added to his Gourmand status.
Excellent dinner, impeccable service, compliments to both the talented and kind chef and the dining room manager! The tasting menu is a crescendo of flavors and tastes, absolutely worth trying...and trying again! The restaurant is a trusted name in the local gastronomic scene. An experience not to be missed, and at a surprisingly affordable price!
