Stopped here such great service. Loved my drink, too. Very quick too.

Don’t let the near-constant Taylor Swift playlist fool you into thinking that this is an inviting atmosphere to all. As soon as a customer walks away from the counter the baristas clearly banter amongst themselves it’s usually accompanied by eye rolls, smirks overall condescending looks bereft with an air of superiority judgment, particularly if you are not white. Oh yes, racism is not just alive well at this location but it seems to be encouraged by management (who claim to act surprised by its presence . This is not just mere hypothesis but a reasoned conclusion based on the stark difference in observed behavior of the holier-than-thou baristas toward white patrons compared to the non-white patrons. I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight Victorian who exudes glee in her blatant racist behavior. If you’re not white your name dare not be announced while she puts your hastily horridely made drink on the counter. And when such behavior is pointed out to be she will proudly provide you with a smirk brimming with confidence in her job security justification of her hate toward those who were not privileged enough to be born with a skin color akin to hers. And who can blame her with her peers clearly take joy amusement in her demeaning belittling behavior. Yay Victoria! Keep it up for your sake those who observe think it’s acceptable because undoubtedly you’ve been getting away with such vile evil spite for quite some time. This is the warm welcoming embrace that milllions look forward to when coming to the UNITED States of America to better themselves society. So if you’re in the Winter Park area, are unfortunate enough to be non-white want to be reminded of all the ugliness hate that you’ve worked so hard to escape move past, I highly recommend their Starbucks location. And be sure to ask for Victoria so you can experience her racism first hand. Just don’t arrive too hungry or thirsty as Victoria Her Hate Team will ensure that your order is prepared after those made by those of her ilk. Waited 15 minutes for a cold brew that tasted like toilet sludge

I love Starbucks but this one ripped me off. I purchased a grande cappuccino and it was half way filled. I know you’re in a hurry with the morning rush but please give your customers what they paid for. My apple crisp chai was also missing about two inches. Ridiculous
