My sever Tina was outstanding and the food was great. The only thing was I made a reservation for seven. My table was not ready though I selected standard table. The only thing they had available was outside seating. I came back 20 minutes later and my table was ready other than that everything was fantastic. View all feedback.

The service started out fine, and then after an hour of waiting for our food and our waiter to check back in, it turned out to be a very poor experience. We were there almost 2 hours before we received our food. No one ever checked to see if our steaks were cooked right. They were raw, and our waiter never came back to our table. We had to deal with the manager. I do not recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
Excellent food and service. We went for Magical Dining for a 3 course meal. All were tasty and with lovely presentation. The server was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back soon!
I am hoping this was an off night. We were highly referred to blu by multiple locals. I made reservations for inside at 7:30 pm. When we arrived, I was asked if we wanted to sit outside or wait for inside. We waited at the bar for about 20 minutes until our table was ready. The sushi and drinks at the bar were good. JJ took good care of us. When we were seated, we noticed a couple tables were not happy. Our server, Tina, took great care of us and assured us that it was a problem that would not affect us. The meals came out in a reasonable time but the quality was “meh”. The fried softshelf crab BLT was soft, no crunch at all, the broccoli was basically raw, and the fish dish was basic. With all the recommendations we had received, we expected more.
Food was great! Server was awful. Took him about 10minutes to come to our table. He never came to check on us when our entrees arrived. Our plates were cleared from us, but not by our server. We waited for our desserts for 25min, which he clearly forgot to put in the order. I immediately asked for the check, which turned into an extra 15minutes. Luckily the food was really good!
