I spent two nights here with a group of friends, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The staff were incredible; nothing was too much trouble for them. They were all extremely friendly and accommodating, and the young chef in the restaurant was outstanding! The food he prepared was truly sensational! Everything was perfect, and he was such a polite young man. We enjoyed our meals there for both nights because we were so impressed with the service and the quality of the food! If you're looking for a place to stay in Tenterfield, I would definitely suggest checking this place out! You won't find a friendlier motel anywhere. The rooms were immaculate and included a continental breakfast. Once again, the housekeeping staff were fantastic! Gold stars all around!

I stayed for a night at the motel, and it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. After spending three weeks in various pubs and motels from Brisbane to Tasmania, I would say this one is the best I've seen. The room, which accommodated three people, was reasonably priced at $110, and the continental breakfast was included. The meals in the tavern were delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. — Sandra Kennedy
