We ordered delivery and were informed it would take about an hour, which I was fine with. However, after the hour passed, I called and was told the owner was on his way. We ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes! When the food finally arrived, it was ice cold. I Ordered 2 subs and 2 milkshakes at 8:30 for delivery. And then when I called over an hour and a half later I was told it was never put in the system and that I’d have it in 20 minutes, which I did at 10:15 pm. However I was then told it was $44. Are you kidding me!? I’m not one to look for handouts or anything like that but I find it absolutely ridiculous that after waiting that long you’re going to charge me $44!? I’ve ordered from here many times and it always seems to be an issue with our order.
