This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. They consistently manage to mess up my orders every time. Strangely, I always end up paying more for the same items here than I do at other locations.
This restaurant is a convenient stop just off the highway. The bathrooms are clean and easily accessible, featuring single-use stalls. I placed my order through the app and got it with very little wait time.
We ordered ahead on our way to Amherst and were glad we chose to walk in instead of using the drive-thru since it was quite busy! The parking lot was also busy, but we were able to find a spot. The restaurant has a nice outdoor seating area where I noticed two families enjoying their time. Inside, the restaurant was very clean and well-stocked, which was helpful for those of us who got takeout and needed napkins and straws. We placed a large order, and it was ready by the time we arrived. I decided to try the Avocado Toast, but it was cold because it hadn't been toasted. I asked for a new one, and they quickly provided it. Great service!
The service at this restaurant needs to be faster in the afternoon. It is not busy, yet customers are waiting 13 minutes to receive their orders or some are choosing to leave. I have spoken to multiple people who have experienced the same issue. Overall, the service is rated as 1 out of 5.
