I had to change my rating after a couple of recent visits. Food has declined, donuts are not even fresh first thing in the morning. Corporate should change their cup provider. They leak at the lid, no matter how tightly it is on, so beware.Employees are mediocre at best. Most of the time they are standing around talking. Not concerned about customer service. When I have a craving of an old fashioned donut this is the right place to go. They have a great variety, but this one is my preferred.
Always has whole coffee beans available for purchase.
NO STARS!!!! Worst service from a Dunkin Donut Franchise I have EVER experienced. It’s so disappointing to think that the service that was given is due to its location.
Barista was cleaning and handled my food without washing her hands. Gross!!!!!Please take the health and safety of customers into consideration.
Duncan Donuts has the best cold brew in town! I absolutely love DD!!!
