Dairy Queen Grill Chill

The drive-thru associate was outstanding—definitely the highlight of my visit on Tuesday at 8:30 PM. She was both friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed that they were out of vanilla ice cream, which seems surprising considering it's a staple for this brand. Interestingly, four out of the five items I ordered had ice cream on them.

I discovered something new today: pineapples are delicious on banana splits!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I went with my family of six and we enjoyed our meal outdoors. Although the area was a bit messy, the staff promptly came out to clean and sanitize the tables. The frozen desserts, which were modified, turned out perfectly. The staff was friendly, and the interior of the restaurant was clean, with everyone wearing their masks properly. However, I did notice one drive-thru employee not washing her hands correctly, which is a significant concern. Overall, it was a good experience!

Customer service is fine, wait times can be extensive but considering what they're doing, it's not an instant operation. I don't order entrees here, so I cannot comment on anything other than the desserts offered. They always come out perfectly, and their seasonal offerings are always delicious.

I always went to this milk queen I worked on this dairy, and I never felt as pressureless as I did tonight when I was asked if I would give him a tip on the window. they didn't even get my order right. When I had to eat my blurry, I drank him because he was melted because I had to wait for them to make the rest of my food that they did not command the first.
