After standing at the window to order for over five minutes and being ignored by at least three employees inside, I got their attention and they informed me that they’re busy with the drive-thru. When I asked if they can at least acknowledge a waiting customer, a young lady told me that she’s the manager and she doesn’t have to acknowledge me and that she can just shut the order window in my face.
