Absolutely HORRIBLE! My daughter's grandpa ordered her a cake for graduation because he couldn't make it from Tallahassee. Nice surprise right? They had all the details from his order . The best Baskin Robbins in Tampa is located here. I visited on a Sunday night and went through the drive-thru. The person who took my order, a very kind Black man whose name I unfortunately did not catch, made sure my order was perfect even though it was close to closing time. I returned the next day and had a fantastic experience with an Indian man who also did my order excellently. I will definitely be coming back. View all feedback.
