Nigel needs a raise! He fluently took the Spanish guest orders with grace. I just knew I was going to interact with him but his manager asked him to prepare food The girl who took my order was so bland, how you go from Nigel to bland?! the manager in this place is terrible. I went in yesterday after work around 1:30 p.m. I asked that the staff change their gloves due to me being a non pork eater. He stated I can not promise cross contamination . How do you say have it your way and you can 't make a fish sandwich without being able to cross contaminate with bacon. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the manager's attitude. Recently, I've noticed a decline in the quality of Whoppers. However, I bought three Whoppers from this location, and I must say they were incredible! They transported me back to the '90s when Whoppers really ruled. Great job, Marlow Heights! Please keep it up! Food: 5
