I'm g... read more I'm giving 5 stars to the guy who got our orders at the drive tru. He's very enthusiastic very nice. It's very hard to find customer service like he does. I'm giving 3 stars to not so friendly cashier the person who handed us our food. They need to love their job to be able to show happiness in what they're doing. We tried Whataburger before heading back to Vegas no regret because the food is great! Thank you!

We walked in and let them know we have 15 people in our party. They hollered back to prepare the cooks. The staff was great, the food was delicious, and the time we waited was phenominal. I appreciate everyone who worked this past Sunday around lunch June 19th, 2022.

They chose to change the fryer oil right in the middle of the dinner rush, causing a 40-minute wait in the drive-thru. My wife had to go inside to place our order at the counter. We ended up eating while still stuck in line, and it took another 20 minutes to finally leave. We won’t be coming back. Freddy’s, just down the road on the right, is a much better option.
