Wendy's - Temple

My name is really wendy, that's not a hoax. I go to this wendy’s since his opening. last year the staff and customer service changed. I rarely go there because the people in the car thru are so incredibly rude. I work in temple and usually only go there to lunch Monday thru Friday (I used to have breakfast there 5 times a week, no more.) but the one man in the window I assume that he is the manager or layer manager is the nonsense of all. there is also a small short girl (she is only about 4 ft something big.) I wanted to complain for almost a year, but still give them the advantage of a doubt. but today I had it, this man was rude to the point that it seemed conscious. I think the man knows I was upset with them today, I am am amazed that they are doing business there. that's every time I go there. You have a friendly crew, what happened?

I rarely go there now because the people in the drive thru are so incredibly rude. I work in Temple and usually only go there for lunch Monday thru Friday (I used to get breakfast there 5 times a week, no more). But the one man that is at the window, I assume that he is the manager or shift supervisor is the rudest of all. There is also a little short girl (she is only about 4 ft something tall). I have been meaning to complain for almost a year now but kept giving them the benefit of a doubt. But today I have had it, that man was rude to the point that it seemed deliberate. I think the man knows I was upset with them today, I am amazed that they do any business there. This is every time I go there. You used to have a real friendly crew there, what happened?
