Wendy's - Temple

I dont know what yall have done different about your fries.... But they taste as good as they use to when i was younger and yesss!! Please keep them tasting this good all the time! Even when they got a little cold from our travels, still tasty! Nuggets changed too, not for the better in my opinion. Chicken and lettuce always crispy here like they have a secret garden in the back. Customer service was above great! Normally not so well, but not bad. This time was super wonderful. Keep up the great improvements! We see you :

This had to have been THE FASTEST DRIVE THRU experience I have EVER had!!! And EVERYTHING was on point! Food was correct and hot. Fries were hot and crisp. The worker at the drive thru was quick and nice! BEST WENDYS EVER! We were in and out in less then a minute! NO LIE! Pulled up, ordered, paid, got food and rolled out! UNBELIEVABLE!

I already love Wendy's again! Now y'all would get 5 starts if y'all stop taking stuff off the menu lol.. Don't let a pregnant lady come in there and then tell her y'all dnt sell something that's right there on the menu! Update yall signs please.

When I moved up, I was told that the drive is closed and if I want order, I could come in. Make sure it never heard that the drive is closed by 10 o'clock. I order a salad that I had to wait while he was prepared. When I had to work, I discovered it was old and evil. I'll never go again. Food: 1/5

I had my first KAREN experience! We drove thru Temple on the way to Say Antonio and we decided to ride thru on Wendy's. We have our orders and we're back on the highway. When we actually started digging into the food, we were miles down the street. The whole order was wrong and was upset and still hungry. I called the store very upset and frustrated and spoke to the manager Karen. I told her we couldn't go back because we just crossed the city and were miles away. She tried to get me a meal in San Antonio, but that wasn't dirty. Since I could not go back to the store for a refund, she said she would give me a gift card for the balance of the meal we bought. She was very friendly and helped every way she could. Today I received the gift card that Karen promised. She even put it in a great Christmas card l, and wrote a beautiful note and signed it. That's crazy. Karen I would like to thank you for your professionalism and the way you treated the situation. And the thought that you went to Walmart or whatever and chose a Christmas card for us is amazing. So, with everything that has said, Karen thank you again. I will definitely return to this place if I'm ever in town.
