Amazing service today. I am usually in a hurry and mobile ordered some drinks. Apparently, they sometimes turn off mobile orders. It has removed a memory. The mistake was revealed to me when I came in to get my drinks. The team there worked fast to make sure I got everything I needed. Thank you. I am again!!!! View all feedback.

What’s happening here? They used to have competent staff, but now every time drinks are served, they get the order wrong—handing you cold drinks when you ordered hot. Then they ask if you want to leave a tip? Absolutely not, no tip for such poor service. Out of seven visits, I’ve only been offered a beverage carrier once. My wife had a business meeting with a new client, and when she returned to her car afterward, both her bag and belongings had been stolen from the vehicle. It's unfortunate that you can't even attend a business meeting in public without worrying about theft. If the parking lot were better lit, this might not have happened. As a result, I'm giving you a negative review, as this occurred in your parking lot, and I believe Starbucks should be held accountable.
I ordered from Uber Eats twice, and both times they forgot items from my order. Today, for instance, they left out my bagel and my children's banana bread. They also didn’t fill the hot cocoa cup all the way. I’m really upset and disappointed.

The new lids they use are terrible. It popped off twice, causing spills, despite being replaced secure. Coffee is otherwise good in terms of taste
