SO I LOVE CANES BUT THIS PLACE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I’m all for teens working but come on now why play on the headset laughing while trying to order . Not only that but kept mocking me while I’m ordering tonight . Highly disappointed and also found hair in my sauce meaning they not wearing any hats or hairnets in the kitchen . Location is very convenient directly across from Baylor Scott and White. Very,very clean inside. Staff very friendly and resourceful to satisfy every person that wants to eat. Chicken fingers and fries were outstanding. Quick service along with great food gives this restaurant a 5 rating. Take the family and enjoy.
Well I come to temple at least 2-3 times a week from 2 hours away... I have had knee surgery 3 times in 10 months! Twice at Scott and White!!So I’m pretty familiar with the restaurants in this area... I wanted something different today... I went through the drive through, was immediately served.. the girl had a smile on her face seemed truly happy to be working!! Which already made my experience nice! I pull over so I can eat.. it’s hard for me on crutches non.. weight bearing to go into restaurants that don’t have waitress’... I open the steaming box!!
The fastest service in Temple. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an order. The service is incredibly helpful and nice. I enjoy picking up from here and ordering from this restaurant. So easy. The shining image of fast food done right.
Curbside pick up is quick. Food arrived fresh and hot.
The chicken is always good. Everything is fresh and not overly greasy (looking at you Bush's)... The seasoning and batter consistency are perfect. They are very consistent in their delivery as well.
