What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Trying out there Sip Club membership. Ordered a hot English Breakfast tea ahead. Went to pick it up and was handed a cup. You get your own hot tea or coffee. The hot water for tea was not hot. There was a microwave to re-warm anything though. Their tea bags were small. I used three and it was still bland. I am used to much stronger black tea. For 10.99/mo though, I guess it isn't that bad. Came in for breakfast on a Sunday. Service was fast and friendly. I don’t come here very often so I appreciated that staff were patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. I wended put with a bacon egg breakfast sandwich which was very good. Wife and grand daughter had sweets so I stole a bite of wife’s chocolate croissant. Yum! Overall very happy with experience today!
Delicious sandwiches they made . Our order were Mediterranean sandwich and barbecue chicken sandwiches. Both were yummy . The stuff are really very polite .
First time ever visiting Panera Bread. Decided to grab a quick bite while my mother was having surgery. Barbara's compassion and kind words were exactly what I needed on this day! The food was delicious but Barbara's service was top notch. I will be back!
I get the same sandwich every time, it's the bacon turkey bravo. It has actually been my favorite sandwich since I was about 21 and I'm 42 now. So it has never gone out of style for me. If the company does make a mistake they will promptly fix it for you and will send you something in the mail usually to fix it.
