I always enjoy stopping by this place on my way home or when I'm out and about. This morning, I stopped in and had to wait a moment to place my order because the lady at the counter was changing the battery on her headset, which I completely understand. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Usually, this McDonald's is one of the better ones. The food is typically fresher and more satisfying. However, lately, I've been consistently served cold fries. Since they are such a popular item, you would expect them to always be served hot. This has really affected my overall dining experience. It's disappointing. View all feedback.
Was very slow today. 20 minutes and I was the third vehicle in my line then waiting for 15 minutes on a bordstein. I had to scream my order because she couldn't hear me. aeroplane of course. it wasn't told me, order, not read back to me. thanks for being able during the ordering process, as if I'm a walker, not sure what was going on here today.
Ordered at the kiosk because no one was at the counter taking orders. I took the number wedge to the table and waited for my QPWith cheese combo. 10 minutes later a worker called my table number and I went to the counter to grab my lunch. I had to ask for my drink cup. Good was hot and fresh even though the front counter help seemed unorganized and not very motivated. Average experience nothing great.
Absolutely noone inside dining. Counted 11 employees that I could see. Most were absolutely doing nothing, including the manager/assistant manager. 15 minutes for a regular cheeseburger to go. Once down the road and after all that, it was cold. This store should be shut down for poor service like this. Zero work ethic at this location, starting from the top and all the way down
I knew better than to go to this McDonald's, but I thought I'd give them another chance. What was I thinking?!?!? Took over 20 minutes to get my lukewarm (at best) food. At least they put cheese on my burger, as they've forgotten it in the past. There appeared to be enough staff (7 or 8 running around) but service was slower than molasses on an Alaskan winter night at -30°. The restaurant was clean and there were only about 5 or 6 people ahead of me, so I figured they would run quickly. WRONG! A woman even came inside as she had been waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes for her food as well. They didn't have carbonation, so no sodas at all. SERIOUSLY?!?!? The bun was hard and tasted stale, ruining the burger altogether. Fries had a hint of warmth, but only a hint. Will save my money and time and hit up Whataburger or Sonic next time. You gotta do better guys. Much, MUCH better.
Literally the worst service ever. no one was at the window to hand me my food for 5 minutes and then a guy came up to the window (while rapping… and asked if I was waiting on my food. um duh? last week I ordered a mobile order curbside and it took 25 minutes for her to bring it out.
