I came in around 7:20pm today to pick up order, they were so busy!! Just wanted to say how nice they were and hard they were all working tonight! There's a young man that is always nice every time I come in and a hard worker, he asked for name on my food tonight! I just want to say he has good work ethics and to keep up the awesome work! Bad service. I was on my way when I decided to stop here to have a quick dinner. They had only 1 cash-free open spending too much time thinking about their order with a customer. I asked if you had chicken and you said yes, so I didn't underestimate what the problem was, but I spent almost 10 minutes, you should open another cash register. 12/28/22 9:00 am I had a better service in the Chick-fil-A next to you. Satisfactory, everything you expect, and then a little extra. Busy busy busy lunch rush with one person on the register, one or two in the Drive-Thru and 1 in the kitchen. No complaints, they're working hard and they got everything right. Special appreciation to the woman who took my order at the counter, she rearranged things in a way that cost less and I'm grateful. The store was clean and tidy, nobody was unhappy placing their orders and waiting because it all came in a timely fashion and it was plain to see everybody was working hard.
Nashville Chicken Tender was very good. Fries were good. With little less salt it would have been awesome. Spicy chicken sandwich was good. Friendly staff.

Fries tasted undercooked, we didn't get our cookies. Basically, we charged $4 for these cookies and didn't get any. Chicken sandwiches and the mac and cheese dish were the only thing that tastes good. 1/10, never eat here again. Food: 2/5
This place is slow as hell. Every time I come here, whether it takes 20 plus minutes to get my food. Place will not even be busy, sit here 15 minutes while I post this waiting on a famous bowl If you want to sit down and eat somewhere, this is not the place.
I ate here a few times after I'm close. The staff is always attentive and the service is perfect. Even if the front counter has a bad day, they always greet with a smile. I read the reviews and it seems that the only people with complaints have never worked any kind of food service ever (so have no idea how a commercial kitchen works) and want to throw only tantrums, or do not understand that companies can only offer what they can get in stock.
