Chick-fil-a - Temple

Today we ordered breakfast at this restaurant. We drove 45 minutes only to wait in line and discover that they were completely out of biscuit sandwiches. There were no signs warning of this shortage, so we unknowingly waited in line. It wasn't until we reached the order box that we were informed. Biscuit sandwiches are a key item on their breakfast menu. We suggest they put up signs so customers don't waste their time waiting in line only to find out they can't order what they came for. Chic Fil A is known for their great service, but this was a disappointing experience. Please improve. Signed, 6 very hungry people.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and an 8-piece Nuggets meal, but I had to wait to be moved. The spicy sandwich was overly spicy and unappetizing, with all the spices piled onto a single piece of bread. The fries were undercooked and lacked salt or any other seasoning. This was my second disappointing visit to this restaurant. I don't see why there is so much hype surrounding it. Perhaps people think it's healthier than McDonald's or Burger King.

Chick-fil-A consistently sets the standard for all others. This is the only brand I have come across that has not declined at any location. It's reassuring to know that I can always count on a great culinary experience at Chick-fil-A.

It was good and fast. I went through the drive thru. I just don't know why weaponries are never done. Food: 4/5

Good food and service like most CFAs. My primary concern is they cater to drive thru and mobile orders first, not dine-in. This is the way of the world now I understand but it annoys me. There are 20 plus mobile pick up spots in the parking lot. There were 2 people there on a Saturday at lunchtime. Everyone else has to park in the back lot if they want to walk in.
