What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
I had the worst experience at Waffelnhaus! The food was burnt and poorly presented, and the vegetables were inedible. The tables and menus were dirty, and I had to clean them myself. I will never return to this place. It doesn’t even compare to restaurants in Atlanta. I wouldn’t give it any stars. View all feedback.
In my personal experience if you go early in the morning around 7am the food taste so much better than at say 9am or 10am.
Night crew is great. Quickly served us and were diligently cleanin and checkin on us as we ate. Its waffle house..but they definitely cared bout the food and the cleanliness. I appreciated it on many levels. Jus 2 of them puttin in that work!!
The food is decent, but they really need to sweep the kitchen and dining area better. I know it's waffle house but a little cleanliness would go a long way. During our recent stay the floor was just littered with trash and it was just ignored. I mean stuff gets on floors but just 5 min of sweeping would have solved that.
The service team is inexperienced and the cook didn't read the tickets or the servers didn't write the orders down properly. It wasn't even busy compared to the dozens of other waffle houses I've eaten at so I don't know if it's worth returning to this one.
Good ole southern comfort food!!! Wish the servers would have been a little more attentive but they had to be on their cell phones. Miss the big hearty Wecome to Waffle House you always get back in the South.
