Urban Boba Tea House - Tempe

I don't know how the food is. I came here for my 23 year old son because he likes these kinds of places. He ordered...and it took a long time. I didn't time it, but the wait was too long. And they weren't busy. My two star rating is ONLY for the excessive wait, not for the food.Food: 4/5

Eh, it's ok. I enjoyed the food and the staff was really nice. It's a cute place, and really convenient living near ASU. But the boba itself was not very good and tasted kind of old or like the canned boba drinks from the grocery store :

We stopped for boba tea unexpectedly and we are so glad we did. We had the winter tea, Longan honey , Thai tea milk tea, vanilla milk tea and honey green tea. They were excellent. I have tried boba tea all over the word when I travel and this was a place I would say is one of the best. The person who took our orders was so knowledgeable and the tea was ready quickly. Try and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Really great establishment, great food options, great drink options, and on the heart of ASU campus. Parking can be hard to come by during busy hours, but usually you can find a spot. Great spot for Boba tea, it's all the craze!Food: 5/5

Not a full cup. I love the drink but seeing that my cup is only 3/4 with ice is disappointing. Good food place just hope the staff can be mindful. Thanks.
