Sumo Salad - Tempe

This is a review on the outlet at the International Airport. Food was pretty ordinary and service poor, but what was was worse is that the person that served us managed to slip us Thai Bhat in the change. I guess he hoped we would not check until after we had left Australia, which was exactly what happened. Completely unethical, so I will not be buying Sumo Salad ever again, if that is the kind of person they employ.

Bread was hard as rock on one side and soggy on the other. No butter was offered for the dryness of the bread Fillings were dry and staff were clueless

Travelling with kids always hard to find the healthy option when do much fast food around. Sumo salad has that with healthy salads and wraps. They also cater for the allergies with almond milk and massive plus. Priced ok as well and staff friendly.

While waiting for our connecting flight at terminal 2 at Sydney Airport, we went here for a salad. There was a promo with the double chicken salad (for around $10) so I tried that one. It was unfortunately not so good, the sauce was very overpowering. The portion was quite big though, big enough for dinner. But there must be better places to eat at the airport, next time I'll go somewhere else. Service was reasonable.

Had a Caesar Salad with chicken. Served in eco friendly bowl. Dressing not mixed into salad and in a separate container so food was fresh and crisp. Able to add as much or little dressing as needed. Chicken good quality. Will consider next time when going through Sydney Airport
