She recently placed a special catering order for a senior community event, and Laurie patiently listened to her specific requests for how the sandwiches should be arranged. The catering order was flawless, with beautifully made sandwiches. On top of that, the store kindly offered a generous discount on the bulk order, which was a wonderful bonus. Thank you for treating my mom so well!

The two employees working seemed as if they were already closing w... read more I visited Subway at 2700 W Baseline Rd Suite 131, Tempe, AZ 85283 on November 9th at 6:20 pm. The two employees working seemed as if they were already closing within the next half hour, despite the store's official closing time being 9 pm. Many items from the menu were unavailable—no soup, no cookies—and the condiments, which should have been kept over ice, were left out near the oven. One of the staff even acted like we were disturbing him while “closing up.” I asked if they knew the store number, and neither did. The fact that the vegetables and condiments were not kept properly chilled is a serious health concern. I planned to call the manager and request corporate contact info since I had consistently had good experiences here until this visit. Three days later, on November 12th, I still have received no response from store management or ownership. This level of service is truly disappointing and unacceptable.
